I am so disappointed, without even checking in to this establishment.
I organised a surprise weekend away for my husbands birthday. with a Smartbox bono de regalo.
I had spent a considerable amount of time considering my options, booked a spa at a location nearby, a restaurant for the evening, only to receive an email that YOU HAVE CANCELLED MY RESERVATION without a valid reason.
Not a telephone call, but via email. How cowardly.
I’ve now had to cancel all the other plans and trying to arrange something with very little time is proving almost impossible.
If you don’t want to be part of a scheme, then remove yourselves from the website.
Letting potential clients down is not how you promote your business.
I would suggest, moving forward, that you review how you communicate with clients and their up and coming reservations.
This was one out of the blue, chosen after leaving Madrid early. What a fantastic choice. So welcoming and a real treat. Would recommend it to anyone, great.
Comfortable enough but the receptionist's manner was terrible.
We stayed for a weekend and both the treatment received and all the facilities were 10, as was the food, we tried the Hidalgo menu and the food was amazing, very generous quantities and everything was delicious, with typical dishes from Castilla La Mancha, the Delta brand coffee, another true marvel.
What I fell in love with this fantastic place the most was the very well decorated interior patio, ideal for celebrating an event and taking some incredible photos.
As for the rooms, they are very cozy, spacious and above all clean.
And the best of all is that the quality-price ratio is unbeatable, congratulations on this spectacular site and keep up the good work.

Nice place
Pleasant and quiet stay in this charming inn in the town of Munera, very well located. We had a brief mishap with the offer, since it included a 2-hour bike rental and they were damaged (because other users are...) Although we were grateful because it was very cold. Both the service and the room were very attentive and welcoming, the typical La Mancha dinner was very good but an awful lot of food. We will repeat!!
The hotel is beautiful. We went for Wonderbox and I was afraid the treatment would be different, but it wasn't. The room was very good (although it did not have views to the outside). The food was exquisite and the breakfast (included) good.
The town doesn't have much of interest, but we were grateful for the hotel.
